Franchisee Business Proposition

Franchisee:

  • FHCL offers this model for customers with a cuppage between 100 to 250 cups.
  • FHCL supplies Coffee Beans and Tea Bags.
  • All other materials are arranged by the customer.
  • Machine is installed and maintained by FHCL at all times free of cost. This means no capital expenditure is required on the customer’s part.
  • A minimum commitment of 4000 cups is required of the customer for viability consent.
  • Largely hospitality customers and corporate offices with 60 to 120 employees opt for this model.

Master Franchisee:

  • FHCL extends this opportunity for individuals who are interested in doing small business. They are referred to as Master Franchisees of FHCL.
  • The Master Franchisee identifies the location.
  • FHCL installs the machine at the customer location and maintains it at all times free of cost. This means no capital expenditure is required by the Master Franchisee.
  • FHCL supplies beans and charges a nominal key usage charge.
  • The Master Franchisee may supply various other beverages to customers with his own arrangement of other materials & manpower and charges the customer for the cost of the end cup.
  • Minimum commitment of 4000 cups should be assured by the master franchisee for viability consent.
