Arbitration and Governing Law

In case such dispute can not be resolved by negotiation within 30 days such dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
The place of arbitration shall be Chennai, India. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties. In the event of any dispute Courts in Chennai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
