FHCL's Quality Assurance is an integral part of the business process. Quality is defined, tested and monitored at every stage for raw material and other inputs that go to make the final product.

• Fully equipped Quality control laboratory
• All raw coffee bean purchase tested before order
• Beans are roasted separately and then blended
• Each batch of roasted beans tested against colour value
• Organoleptic evaluation (cupping) done for each batch
• Have obtained ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certification
