Here is the coffee-brewer's checklist:
Optimally heated waterWater at an optimal temperature of 86-92 degrees Celsius ensures that the coffee grounds are not burned.
Pasteurized milk Milk at the pasteurisation temperature of 72 degrees Celsius. This ensures that bacteria do not form. It also prevents the formation of cream.
Consistent brew Uniform coffee granule size ensures the extraction of a consistent brew.
Maximum flavour Brewed under pressure. This ensures that the maximum flavour is extracted from the roasted beans.
pH balanced water pH balanced water system. This ensures that the water is purified and balanced to avoid an unpleasant smell or taste.
14 seconds per cup Each cup is brewed afresh every 14 seconds. The benefit is 100 per cent fresh coffee, fast.
Autocleaning brewer Cleaning in place (CIP) ensures that the conduits are flushed to a pre-set cycle.
Coffee stays hot Pre-heated cups ensure that the coffee does not lose heat immediately after being dispensed.
