- What are the cost factors involved in the installation process?
We install our machines on a contractual agreement. There is a one-time, non-refundable installation fee of Rs15,000/. Based on the consumption for each cycle (registered in the machine itself), the billing shall be done.
- To have the vending machine installed, how much of beverage will have to be consumed per day or per month?
In order to have our machine installed, we need a certain guaranteed consumption which will vary depending upon the usage and machine location. This can be assessed after discussion across the table.
- How is the pricing of beverages worked out?
The pricing is determined based on a variety of parameters including consumption per day. Once we have an estimation of your average daily requirement, we can arrive at firm prices.
- What is the product range on offer?
Apart from freshly brewed coffee, you may select from a range of branded/flavoured teas, Swiss hot chocolate, Swiss natural soups, and Horlicks.
- How good are your products?
We use state-of-the-art Swiss automatic coffee-vending machines, built and tested to deliver high-quality hot beverages. We use liquid milk and a special blend of roasted beans to ensure that our coffee and other hot beverages are consistently of excellent quality.
- Who takes care of machine maintenance?
Complete maintenance is our responsibility. We provide round-the-clock service to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation of the machines. Our engineers perform a routine check regularly.
- How easy is it to operate the machine?
The machines are user-friendly. Once you get used to the basic functions, you can get what you want without any hassle, in a jiffy.
- Will your company undertake the total service of providing the beverages at our premises?
Yes, we can. Depending on whether you need us to supply both manpower and consumables, or either, the rates will vary.
