When the machine is installed for the first time/ used after 24hrs/ when the machine produces unusual noise, the following process should be followed.
A. Ensure optimal quantity of water is filled in the water tank.
B. Plug-in the machine to the power socket &
switch on.
C. Open the steam spout on the top right hand side of
the machine.
D. Switch on the brew button & then switch on
power button.
E. Allow water to pass thro’ the steam spout &
then close the steam knob.
F. If water flows thro’ the brewing chamber, the
machine is working perfectly fine.
It is important to follow this process to prevent
air lock that can potentially damage the internal parts,
especially the boiler.
Never leave the used capsule in the groove for a
long period to avoid dogging.
When you wind up the machine for the day, just
switch on the brew button without loading the capsule to
rinse the brewing chamber. The same process may be followed
when you switch between coffee & tea capsules.

Please ensure the water level does not go below the
recommended level indicated on the tank to avoid boiler
burning out. Always check the water level before switching on
the machine.
We always recommend packaged drinking water to avoid
scaling of metallic components inside the brewing chamber.
Please note that the capsule drawer & capsule
holder is sensor enabled and the machine would not work if
not restored properly.
After steaming the milk using the steam spout,
ensure the spout is wiped & cleaned immediately to avoid
clogging of dust/milk stains.
Do not try to open the machine at any circumstances
as it would void the warranty/AMC as the case may be. Should
