Ans: No LAVAZZA BLUE machines are patented capsule based machines and hence does not work with powder or bean. Also to be noted that the LB machines will only work with LB capsules.

Ans: It takes just 30seconds to brew an espresso (single shot).

Q: Does the machine have an in-built milk tank for making cappuccino? If No, then how do I prepare a cappuccino?

Ans: No , the machine does not have an inbuilt milk tank for making a cappuccino . All the machines have a steam spout for frothing/heating milk for enabling milk based brews.

Q: How much time does it take to prepare a cappuccino/ steam the milk?

Ans: For a single serve of 60ml, the average time taken is less than 30seconds. However, it varies from individual to individual depending on the froth & heat that one prefers.

Q: How much time does the machine take to warm up?

Ans: The warm-up time for the machine to get started is less than 40seconds.

Q: Can we connect the machine's water compartment to running water?

Ans: These machines do not accommodate running water provision.

Q: What is the warranty period for the machines?

Ans: Every machine comes with a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase and you could avail the benefits as that would be mentioned while on purchase.

Q: How much time does it take to attend to a down-call?

Ans: In all metro locations & branch locations, the down call would be attended to within 24hrs of reporting. For other places, we need a lead time of minimum 3 working days.
