Fresh coffee beans are put through both dry and air roasting processes. Various grades of roasted beans are blended using Norwegian Forberg mixers, which ensure consistency. Probat grinders of Germany guarantee better aroma retention through a unique chilling process. What's more, each grade of coffee bean is individually roasted to release its full flavour. That's the story of Alive!. A rich filter coffee with better yield, aroma, strength and colour.
